Classic Builders is a family owned and operated construction business located in Syracuse, Indiana, in the heart of Northern Indiana's lakes area. We've been building and renovating area homes since 1986 and have earned a reputation for quality, service, and integrity. Classic Builders is a member of the Kosciusko County Builders Association and a sponsor of Lakeland Youth Center and Wawasee High School sports. As a civic-minded family business, we believe in the traditional values of honesty, quality workmanship, and fairness in all our dealings. Syl Champoux Owner
Syl and Allison Champoux have been part of the Syracuse, Indiana community since 1986 where they have raised six children. Syl and their son, Kyle, provides the construction expertise for the company while Allison serves as business manager. They are also instrumental in the development and management of a 24-lot subdivision in nearby Elkhart County. The couple are active members of their community and have donated their time and talents to their church, youth sports, and the American Red Cross.
